With over 33 years of experience in providing nursing services throughout the 5 boroughs of New York City and Westchester county, Hope is a recognized leader in the healthcare industry.
Headquartered in Staten Island, N.Y., we have developed specialized tools for scheduling, tracking and training clinical trial and infusion nurses. Our staff are uniquely experienced in these fields amongst others.
We have facilitated 400,000 nursing visits, since our inception and have serviced over 6000 patients. Hope specializes in the conduct of clinical trial and infusion therapy visits, in the patient’s home and supporting clinical trial sites with nursing resources. At Hope, we understand the complexities of today’s clinical trial environment and the burden this places on both patients and sites, so we are here to make it easier.
Our nursing services are designed to ease these burdens of hospital and office visits, therefore increasing and maximizing patient recruitment and retention. Our nurses provide the support needed to manage the trials and therapy visits, and in doing so ensure more accurate results. Hope has the care and specialized attention you can depend on.
Meet The Team
Jean V. Alexander
Founder/President & Chief Executive Officer
Hope started at a very challenging time in Jean’s life, hence the name given by God HOPE! With great faith, determination and a commitment to succeed as a single immigrant mother, Jean persevered through and trusted God. Though the venture was not easy, she overcame many obstacles. The evidence of over 33 years of diligence is still seen as Hope continues to thrive.
She was driven by empathy and found success in the patient-centered approach, to provide care for all in need. Jean aspired to be different from her competitors, causing her to obtain contracts from Hospitals, which opened many doors.
Her dedication and faith have positioned Hope to maintain continuous growth. Even with its daily challenges, her son Brent’s leadership position, continues to develop HOPE by maintaining policies, contracts, and staffing in all departments and locations
Brent M. Alexander
Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
As a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, Brent brings over 21 years of experience in the healthcare industry as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Hope.
He has worked in every department within the organization and as COO, is involved in many of the daily administrative and operational functions of the company. Brent has worked to lead and transform Hope into the company it is today, with passion and perseverance.
He has embarked on a journey to continue to grow the business his mother started, by building on the foundation she laid. With his work, Hope has grown dramatically into and expanded its services without losing focus of its patient-centered approach.
Antoinette Galford RN
Director of Nursing
Antoinette Galford is a Registered Nurse and currently holds the position of Director of Nursing at Hope. Holding a license in the state of New York and New Jersey she received a Bachelor’s in Nursing from the Chamberlain College of Nursing.
She is a dedicated, skilled RN with six years of experience in overseeing the private duty nursing program at Hope. She works closely with implementing new policies and procedures within the firm and manages the development of nursing staff. A great part of her success lies in her passion for helping, listening, and supporting families.
She has created an exceptional staff development education program, working with a diverse group of both professionals and paraprofessional personnel. Encompassing strong problem-solving skills and experience in reengineering multiple departments, she collaborates with other departments to develop solutions to ongoing obstacles.

Rachel DeChiricoNursing Supervisor
Danielle Cimino
RN - Director of Patient Services
Danielle Lombardozzi-Cimino is a Registered Nurse and currently holds the position of Director of Patient Services at Hope. She received her Masters in Biomedical Sciences at UMDNJ followed by a Bachelors in Nursing from Wagner College.
On a daily basis, Danielle is involved in the development and implementation of strategic plans, administrative systems and procedures for maintaining and improving the quality of patient services at Hope.

Devendra Singh
RN Nursing Field Supervisor
Devendra Singh is a New York State Licensed, Registered Nurse who specializes in community health nursing including providing IV Therapies and Patient Rehabilitation. He has as vast experience in delivering care to diverse patient populations as his background, being born and raised in the Caribbean.
He completed his academic studies at the St. Paul’s School of Nursing in Staten Island and is now nearing the end of his BSN at the College of Staten Island CUNY. He is also a Certified IV Therapy nurse, with over ten years of direct patient care experience at Hope.
Devendra currently works in close collaboration with his nursing colleagues and doctors throughout the NYC region, to manage over 150 patients to ensure the highest level of rehabilitative, continuing and end of life care.
With patient safety and satisfaction being his primary goal, he achieves these by being meticulous when delivering patient care.
